For three days, De Balie, Amsterdam will be transformed into an underground café in Belgrade, a hip lounge bar with a Kasbah/grandma atmosphere, featuring a multi-facetted programme with debates, films, video art and bands. Together with Amsterdam’s De Melkweg, the mini-festival will present Serbia’s most famous band, Darkwood Dub, and the underground electro-scene icon, Belgradeyard Sound System.
