CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST, MILKSHAKES, SUNDAES, AND CAFE CULTURE
MGnsw invites expressions of interest to host the touring exhibition
MILKSHAKES, SUNDAES, AND CAFÉ CULTURE.
This exhibition presents cafe culture stories from the first milk bar opened
in Australia in 1932, to cafes operated by the same family for over 90
years. The stories tell a great deal about our migrant history, our eating
culture, and our unique heritage.
MILKSHAKES, SUNDAES, AND CAFE CULTURE consists of 10 freestanding panels
that require a 50-60 square metre exhibition space with 12 running metres of
wall space.
