there's a palimpsest of graffiti in nieuwe keizersgracht that I have been watching.
the builders put up plain boards and the artists painted them,
then the builders relocated the boards further up the street, breaking up the images
and a new layer of graffiti went over the top
the top two pics are from this board
the bottom one is in waterlooplein markets
the piece of paper says something like
'dont paint on the boards'
